Readings and Workshops

The American Music Theatre Project’s Reading and Workshop Series invites professional composers, writers and directors to campus as artists-in-residence, providing support and resources for immediate development needs. The Series provides an opportunity for our students to engage with professional creative teams on early stage development of new musicals in progress, and to develop their skills and vocabulary as performers in a new works development environment. Readings and workshops range from two to five weeks and culminate in invited presentations for public audiences, when appropriate.
